Quick and easy creamy ice cream! Adjust the cocoa and peanut butter to fit your tastes and enjoy!
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
2. Bananas may become crumbly depending on how frozen they are. Scrape down sides and continue to blend until mixture smooths out.
3. Once mixture is smooth, scrape into another bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until mixture starts to appear fluffy.
4. Put mixture into plastic container and freeze for 2 hours. (If you just can’t wait and don’t mind a pudding-like texture, you can eat right away.)
5. Enjoy!

banana cream is my absolute favorite sneaky treat if you blend a banana with strawberries and almond milk and top it with a little warm peanut butter it’s like an ice cream pb&j!
