Chocolate Lover’s Cake

Description
This is a family favorite and super easy to make.
Ingredients
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1 package German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding (small Box)
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cups Vegetable Oil
- 6 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar, Divided
- ⅔ cups Baking Cocoa
- ½ cups Butter, Softened
- 5 Tablespoons To 6 Tablespoons Milk, Divided
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
1. Mix first 5 ingredients together.
2. Add chocolate chips.
3. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
4. Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes.
5. Let cool.
6. Frost with Chocolate Lover’s Frosting (see below).
To make Chocolate Lover’s Frosting, beat 1 cup sugar, cocoa, butter, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla in a small mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in remaining sugar and milk until smooth.
