White chocolate-covered raspberries.
You will need a silicone ice cube tray for this (makes it easy to pop out the kisses).
1. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave at 30-second intervals (stirring every 30 seconds).
2. Coat each raspberry in the melted white chocolate before placing in the ice cube tray. Make sure the raspberry is evenly coated so no red shows through.
3. Place all the coated raspberries in the ice cube tray sideways! This is important. If they are straight up they will not look like little kissy mouths when you bite into them. Top with more white chocolate and place in freezer.
4. Pop out of the ice cube tray and enjoy!
