Quick, easy and totally addictive truffles
Put the melted butter, cereal, Nutella, cream and sugar into a large bowl and fold together with a rubber scraper. When thoroughly mixed, roll the mixture into balls. Roll the formed balls in the cocoa powder and set on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. When all the truffles have been coated in cocoa powder, serve them or place them in an airtight container.
Instead of cocoa powder, you can also roll these in chopped hazelnuts, powdered sugar, chocolate sprinkles or melted chocolate.
