Heavily drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauces, this is the perfect ending to any holiday meal. Comfort food at its best!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Whisk caramel egg nog, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Tear the Italian white bread into 1-inch pieces (1 loaf should yield about 10 cups of bread cubes). Fold bread into egg nog mixture. Let stand for 15 minutes to let bread fully soak up liquid. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Transfer mixture to a buttered 11×7 baking dish, cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
