Description

This is such a fun thing to do with the kids! Tiny peanut butter cookies with little chocolate chips. Makes 86 tiny cookies.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Natural, Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ½  Egg
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 86  White Or Dark Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and sugar until creamy. In a small dish, beat the egg, then pour half of it in the peanut mixture. (Discard the remaining half or use elsewhere.) Add the vanilla and stir to combine. The mixture will be slightly crumbly.

Form into tiny balls and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Place a chocolate chip next to one ball to make sure the size is ok. They will only spread a little.

Bake for 4-5 minutes. They will be slightly golden.

The cookies are too small to place on a cooling rack, so after about one minute, pull the parchment paper off the baking sheet and place it on a cool countertop. Top each cookie with a chocolate chip or white chocolate chip. They will crack slightly. The chocolate chips will be slightly melty. Place the cookies in the fridge so the chocolate will set back up.
