My mother created this pie because my son absolutely loves cranberry sauce. She just threw these things together and it is absolutely delish. Everyone that has tried it has loved it!
Using medium-sized bowl, blend half of cranberry sauce and softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until well blended. Pour into graham cracker crust.
Take the remaining cranberry sauce and blend with mixer until smooth, with no chunks. Add half of Cool Whip to cranberry sauce and mix with a spoon until well blended.
Pour this mixture over first layer already in pie shell. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour to give the flavors time to merge together.
Just before serving, add remaining Cool Whip to pie and spread evenly to make it pretty. Enjoy!
