My grandmother’s beer biscuits.
My Grandma didn’t leave any instructions, she knew this so well. But I prepared them like drop biscuits.
Mix together all of the ingredients until just incorporated, then drop large spoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in a 350F oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Would also work in a loaf pan.
