A make-ahead dessert for days when you are going to have a busy schedule, but want to serve a yummy dessert to your family or guests.
1. Mix the pudding with the milk and sifted powdered sugar. Fold in the whipped topping.
2. Line a 9x13x2″ pan with whole graham crackers.
3. Layer, using half of the pudding mixture, a layer of graham crackers, and the remaining pudding mixture.
4. Top with a final layer of graham crackers. Spread the top with the chocolate icing which has been warmed for 30 seconds in the microwave.
5. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving.
