Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries. Chocolate will not stick to wet strawberries.
In a double-boiler, melt white chocolate discs. You can start melting some and add more to melt as you go.
Hold each strawberry by its leaves and dip completely into white chocolate.
Set them on waxed paper to dry.
In a double-boiler, melt brown chocolate discs.
Hold each strawberry by its leaves and dip into dark chocolate at an angle to make one side of the tuxedo jacket.
Lift strawberry, angle it the opposite way and dip to make the other side of the tuxedo jacket.
Set them on wax paper. Use a toothpick, chopstick, or other pointed item to dab on two buttons and draw a bowtie.
Be sure they are fully dry before transporting. It’s best to eat them the same day. Refrigerate if you made them the night before. Just be aware there might be some drops of nectar nearby. It doesn’t hurt the strawberries; just wipe them up for a clean presentation!
