Description

Rich butterscotch blondies topped with Reese’s white chocolate peanut butter cups!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Butter, Softened
  • 2-½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2-½ cups Flour
  • 2-½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 12 ounces, weight Package Reese's Miniature White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, Chopped

Preparation

Beat butter, sugar and eggs. Add in vanilla extract. Mix in the flour, baking powder and salt.

Press dough into a parchment paper-lined 13×9 baking pan. Top the dough with the chopped peanut butter cups.

Bake in a 350ºF oven for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely. Enjoy!

These were very rich, but delicious! I used peanut butter chips because I couldn’t find the white cups at my local store.
