These cupcakes are divine! My husband considers these to be the best of all the chocolate cupcakes I’ve ever made!
Put paper liners in a 12-count cupcake pan. Preheat oven to 350F.
1. Combine all of the “dry” ingredients (flour through cocoa powder on the above list) in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the remaining “wet” ingredients to the “dry” ingredients and combine with an electric mixer.
3. Fill each cupcake liner half-way full.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes (when it’s done, you should be able to insert a toothpick into the top and it should come out mostly clean).
5. Cool completely and decorate!
