The perfect glaze to coat pork, lamb, chicken, etc. And it will leave your guests saying, “Yum.”
Wash and remove pits from the peaches. Cut them them into bite sized squares.
In a medium sauce pan, gently toss the peaches with sugar. Add the water and stir.
Bring to a low boil, cover and let simmer until peaches are soft, 3-4 minutes. Mash them with a potato masher and/or food processor. You may have to add more water, since the peaches will have thickened. Add zest, ginger, and cayenne pepper, stir and remove from heat.
Coat grilled pork chops, lamb chops, chicken breasts, or anything else with this yummy glaze.
