A healthy harvest side dish or cold salad.
Place the sweet potato, apple, onion, and walnuts into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Whisk together the sauce ingredients and pour over the chopped ingredients. Bake in a 400ºF oven for 45 minutes uncovered, stir, and bake for an additional 15 minutes covered. Stir all of the ingredients with the cooked (warm) wild rice and raisins, and cover for 5 minutes to allow the rice to soak up the flavor. Stir, serve and enjoy!
