A fruity, refreshing and healthy dessert. It’s raining, but I’m eating this granita and I’m happy. This is the power of granita. Yep.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Process until a puree is formed. Transfer the puree into a suitable-sized baking pan or plastic container. Cover with tin foil and place in the freezer for three hours. Every hour, whisk the puree, incorporating the frozen edges. Serve in glasses.
Note: you can keep the granita longer in the freezer. But then, get it out of the freezer 15 minutes before serving, and whisk it just before serving.
