A staple during the holidays for my family. I don’t know what I’d do without it!
Wash cranberries, and chop them in a food processor. Add the sugar and allow to sit overnight in the fridge.
The next day, whip the whipping cream and combine all of the ingredients. That’s it!

haha! i eat it for breakfast, too! i would love to try the pineapples, but my mother isn’t a fan. guess i’ll just have to make some for myself!

This recipe is a staple at my house too, but my recipe is a tad different. I substitute drained crushed pineapple for the grapes & omit the pecans. This recipe is easily doubled or tripled and is FANTASTIC for breakfast the next morning. Ask me how I know.
