I halved this just to make sure it was as good as everyone said – it’s a keeper! I cut back on the sugar per previous comment. For half of a recipe, I used 1/2 C. brown sugar instead of 3/4 C. and it turned out great. I also think I would add more blueberries in the next batch – I like a bit more fruit than that is called for in this recipe.

First of all, this is the simplest fruit crisp I’ve ever made. That is great for when it is really hot outside and you don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Secondly, this tastes delicious! The blueberries are so good and sweet – we like it sweet, afterall, it is dessert. The crunchy topping is excellent. I would never have known there were Salt and Vinegar chips in it. The only thing is that I would like more topping as that makes the crisp so tasty. Thanks for sharing. I will make this again.

Made this last night. Very easy to make. Very tasty, but definitely on the sweet side. I might cut down on sugar a bit next time.
