Delightful cupcakes.
Cream butter and sugar properly, then add the eggs. Stir the flour in slowly and add baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Pour the Bailey’s into the mixture slowly and stir well, then add the ground almonds.
Preaheat the oven to 170°C (about 340ºF). Baking time is 20-25 minutes.
Frost with Bailey’s Frosting (also here in my TK recipe box).
