A delicious and lemony treat!
1. Preheat oven 350ºF. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. Combine eggs, sugar, and butter. Add vanilla, 1 teaspoon lemon extract and lemon juice. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix in the oil.
3. Pour batter into a loaf pan and bake 45 minutes. Cool.
4. Prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, milk and remaining 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract. Add additional milk as needed. Drizzle the glaze over the top of the loaf.
