These raw and vegan fudge babies are sweetened with dates and are super easy to make!
This recipe is basically Katie’s from chocolatecoveredkatie.com, with a couple of slight adaptations on my part.
Place dates, walnuts, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt in a food processor. Pulse on high speed until smooth. Remove mixture from food processor and roll into little balls.
Serve!

Any suggestions on where to find Medjool Dates? I could only find regular pitted dates and so I had to add some sugar to sweeten it. They are good, though! They kind of taste like no-bake cookies!
