It’s all done in the food processor in a matter of minutes. You’ll never run out of new ways to use this dip.
1. Combine olives, capers, garlic and anchovies in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse three times to chop the mixture a bit.
2. Sprinkle black pepper over the mixture and drizzle on olive oil. Pulse again two to three times until mixture is coarse.
3. Spoon into a bowl and serve with toasted baguette slices or pita triangles.
