One of my go-to marinade recipes. This works deliciously with chicken or with beef.
Mix all of these ingredients in a Ziploc bag or shallow dish. Add thin slices of beef or chicken and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. I don’t usually let this go for more than 1 hour.
Tip: In a REALLY hot skillet, saute meat with thin sliced onion and broccoli and serve over rice for a quick and really easy meal.
