A very easy, yummy cake for spring. My mom frequently made it for Easter and it’s now one of my most requested recipes.
Beat the cake ingredients together with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Bake in a 9×13 greased pan at 350ºF for 30–35 minutes.
Combine the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then pour over the warm cake.
