Thick and hearty chili with big flavor but mild heat.
1. In a skillet, brown ground beef and drain.
2. In a slow cooker, add beef, broth, peppers, canned items, onions and garlic. Stir, then add remaining seasonings and give another stir.
3. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-6 hours. Stir before serving.
Optional: top with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
