Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Grease a 13×9″ pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine everything except chocolate chips. With a hand mixer, beat on low speed, until combined. Scrape down the sides with a spatula. Increase mixer to medium speed and blend for about 2 minutes until mixture is smooth.
Pour into prepped pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for 30 minutes.
Note: The nutella flavor here is faint. You might consider adding some chopped hazelnuts with the chocolate chips for a little extra punch and crunch.
