A decadent, chocolaty, and gluten free alternative to Rice Krispie treats.
Combine the peanut butter and Nutella in a microwave safe bowl. Don’t even worry about stirring it at this point, just microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals until melted. Once nice and soft, stir to combine.
Once combined, add the puffed rice and stir. Then add the chocolate chips. You can add the chocolate chips and cereal at once, but I like how the chocolate chips retain their texture when added in at the end.
Spread the mixture in a parchment-lined cookie sheet and refrigerate. Once the treats are set, slice into squares. Store covered in the refrigerator so that they don’t get too soft.
