This can be altered to marinate as little or as much meat as you want. You will not BELIEVE the results—so flavorful and so over-the-top good!
In a gallon bag, pour equal parts oil and balsamic vinegar over thawed meat. Add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle a generous amount of salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic. Refrigerate a few hours, turning every so often.
Cook or grill as you normally do. Delicious!
