A delicious Spanish dessert that takes only minutes to make!
In a large saucepan, mix the milk, dissolved cornstarch, salt, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and egg yolks until smooth.
Cook uncovered over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove immediately and pour through a thin strainer into individual dessert cups.
Refrigerate and serve chilled in dessert cups.
