I saw this recipe and altered a few things to make it healthier. You can substitute chocolate chips for dried fruit, nuts, carob, etc.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees (F). Lightly spray 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients together. When well mixed together, lightly press into baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Put on cooling rack and let cool for 10 minutes then cut into bars. Let bars cool completely before removing from pan.
*You can substitute the brown sugar with 3 1/2 Tablespoons with Agave. Agave can cause bars to brown quicker, so reduce oven temperature by 25 degrees and increase baking time slightly.

Mine fell apart What did I do? I’ll leave them sit longer but I’m wondering if add more oil or more honey if they would stick together better?

They do kind a break apart, but I noticed the longer you let them sit they sturdier they become, they are a bit messy to eat.

These were very tasty. They didn’t stick together very well though. Any tips? I followed the recipe as written, so I’m not sure how I could make them more sturdy. Yummy!
