This chili will warm you up inside and maybe start a little fire thanks to the spicy chipotle peppers. You can make this as mild or spicy as you’d like, but you’ll love the warm smoky flavor the chipotles add.
In a large stock pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic until the meat is cooked through. Drain off any grease. Add the remaining ingredients except the beans and mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer 2 hours. Add the beans and heat through. Serve with cheese, sour cream, salsa, avocados, etc.
