Adding crushed Oreos takes this peppermint bark to a whole new level of goodness.
In a bowl, melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour dark chocolate into a different bowl along with half-and-half. Melt in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Line a 9×13″ baking dish with wax paper. Pour 2/3 of the melted white chocolate into the pan. Drizzle in the melted dark chocolate on top of the white chocolate. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and Oreos. Drizzle remaining white chocolate over the candy.
Chill in the fridge or freezer (if you’re impatient like me!) until firm. Serve and enjoy!
