Simple, no thermometer, fudge with marshmallow fluff, evaporated milk and chips! Super easy!
Combine sugar, margarine/butter and evaporated milk in a heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes, over medium heat. Remove from heat, stir in baking chips until melted. Add marshmallow creme, vanilla and nuts; beat till blended. Pour into a greased 13×9 pan. Let cool. Serve!
