This is one of my favorite holiday candy recipes. It’s really easy to make, and it takes care of my chocolate-salty-sweet-crunchy craving all with one bite! Not to mention the mixture of chocolate and butterscotch flavors is just divine!
1. On countertop or table, spread 2 sheets of wax paper (about 18-24 inches long).
2. In a large pot, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips over low heat (if heat is too high it will become grainy/lumpy), about 10 minutes. Stir every few minutes.
3. Once the chips are melted, stir in chow mein noodles and mixed nuts. Stir until evenly coated.
4. Spoon mixture a tablespoon at a time onto wax paper. Let set for about an hour to allow chocolate to cool and set up.
5. Store in an airtight container.
