We can’t get through the holidays without making this fudge. Make a few batches, wrap in red or green plastic wrap and tie with pretty bows to give to co-workers, neighbors or use as favors on the holiday table.
Mix milk, sugar, vanilla and butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Next, add unsweetened chocolate first, then the milk chocolate and semi-sweet chips. Stir just until smooth and add nuts if desired. Pour onto a greased jelly roll or cake pan. Cool completely then cut into bite-sized squares.
