Delicious, Healthy, and Easy Chicken Chili/Soup. Adapted from Johnnie Gabriel’s “Cooking in the South.”
Heat oil in a dutch oven. Add the onion, garlic, jalapeno, and spices and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken stock/broth and scrape up all the bits from the pan. Add the chicken and beans.
Cook for 30-45 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips. YUM!

Really yummy, even though I didn’t have complete ingredients. I look forward to trying it again! I also added noodles (young children in my household…) and it was great. Thanks!
