Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a 9″ pie dish or 8″ square casserole dish.
Spread chili evenly over the top the cream cheese.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chili.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until chili is bubbly and shredded cheese is melted.
Top or serve alongside lettuce and enjoy with tortilla chips.
