Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together vanilla extract, eggs, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until no clumps remain.
Add batter to doughnut pan and bake for 10 minutes or until doughnuts bounce back when lightly pressed with your finger.
Top with your favorite glaze!
