With a fork or food processer, mash the drained beans until not quite smooth. Put the mashed beans into a mixing bowl. Add all of the other ingredients apart from the flour and oil.
Form the mixture into 4-5 patties.
Spread out the flour on a plate and lightly coat each burger.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat, and then add the burger patties. Lower the heat to medium and cook slowly for 10 minutes, turning halfway through or when the underside is browned.
Serve the patties on burger rolls with all of your favorite burger trimmings. Or you can serve it crumbled over a salad.
