In a pan over medium heat, add turmeric powder. Stir it for few seconds till it starts changing color and getting darker. Add water along with cloves. Bring it to a boil then lower the heat and let it simmer on low for 3-5 minutes. Add sugar to taste and heat until it’s dissolved. Ladle into coffee mugs. Sip it while warm for maximum benefit.
