If you haven’t made these yet, stop what you’re doing and go get the ingredients! Unbelievable flavor! I make them ALL the time. They are great with just about everything. I’ve made them with both heavy cream and with half n half and they were both great.

These are a great side dish for so many things. Easy and fun to make and easy to tweak the ingredients to your tastes. We used the leftovers to make breakfast potatoes the next day and they were so delicious.

These are super easy and soooo good! I made them on the grill on the top shelf and had them in for about an hour. They were perfect and the taste was amazing!

I just have to give these 5 mitts. They were very good, but the kicker is that my very picky 11 year old gave them high praises. Now, that very nearly NEVER happens. I will certainly be making them again!

Dear PW – Loved this recipe. Butter & Heavy Cream = big thighs, but I don’t care! I couldn’t get enough of these….

These are amazing. Tried them on the grill once and they didn’t turn out so well. Definitely use the oven!

Delicious! I made these on the grill. Took about 30 minutes. I forgot the paprika, but they tasted great anyways. Maybe next time I will spray the foil with cooking spray… the potatoes on the bottom of the foil kinda got stuck, but really that was no big deal. Great, easy, fun recipe.

I made these tonight with red potatoes and dried parsley and they were sooo good! For sure a keeper!

Made these for my husband’s birthday last night and added crumbled bacon to the packs… everyone raved about them (and then added cheese).

we’ve done this in my family for years, always on the grill. They never fail! But I’ve never thought of adding the cream. Did that tonight, and WOW it really makes a difference. YUM!

This is one of my favorite ways to serve potatoes but I had never thought to add cream or paprika. It made such a difference, thanks for expanding my horizons Ree!

My plan was to make these last night with dinner along with baked chicken and some kind of veggie. But then I thought – too many pans to clean! So I actually added EVERYTHING into the potato bundles! I used the exact recipe ingredients for the potato bundles, but i added: cubed uncooked chicken, zucchini, carrots, and lots of more seasoning for all the added ingredients. It smelled fabulous and my husband loved it!! The leftovers for lunch today were just as good

Oh, and the best part was clean up was a cinch – just throw out the foil!!

Will be trying these for my family dinner Sunday. They sound delish! Can’t wait to try them!

Delicious. I made these last night and did half of the bundles with paprika and the other half with dill.
Most yummy.

I made these on Wednesday night. I used dried parsley, and instead of making bundles, I put it all in one pan. I sprayed the bottom of the pan with olive oil spray, and covered the pan with foil. They were absolutely delicious. Not only that, but my “Tater hater” husband loved them too. We had leftovers with our breakfast on Thursday morning, and they were just as good reheated. He scarfed down the rest of them lastnight for dessert..lol. We will be having these again, only next time I’ll cook them all in foil instead of a pan.
