Ingredients
- 3 whole Sweet Potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 envelope (1.25 Oz.) Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cube sweet potatoes. Put sweet potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle olive oil, and toss to coat. Sprinkle soup mix over potatoes and toss again to cover all potatoes.
Spray a cookie sheet liberally with Pam. Spread potatoes in a single layer on the cookie sheet. Cook for 30-40 minutes, checking and turning frequently.
