Description

This potluck offering is an easy and creative riff on a bowl of chopped watermelon. Watermelon feta salad is a popular choice, too, but I went with goat cheese, mixed berries, and a drizzle of honey. It’s a fun and unexpected combination.

Ingredients

  • ¼  Large Watermelon, Cut Into Cubes
  • 8 ounces, weight To 12 Ounces Fresh Mixed Berries
  • 2 ounces, weight Soft Goat Cheese, Crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

Preparation

Chop the melon into bite-sized pieces and spread them out in a big platter. Sprinkle the berries and goat cheese over the melon.

Drizzle the honey over the top and serve.
