Slice cucumber lengthwise. Remove seeds using the back of a spoon. Slice thinly and squeeze out any excess water.
In a bowl mix sour cream, fresh dill (chopped), sugar, salt, and pepper. Add cucumbers. Toss.
For best flavor, chill 30-60 minutes prior to serving. Serves 2, depending on the size of your cucumber.
