- ⅓ cups Yellow Pepper, Diced
- ⅓ cups Dried Cranberries, Roughly Chopped
- 10 stalks Blanched Asparagus, Chopped
- ¼ cups Blue Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
