Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
Slowly add cold water, mixing gently.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the fricot during the last 10 minutes of simmer time. These expand a fair bit, so you may want to test different amounts until you find one you prefer. I tend to use a scant tablespoon.
