1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Put the potato wedges into a large bowl. Sprinkle paprika, chili powder, garlic powder if using, salt, pepper and oil and toss gently to coat.
3. Lay the wedges in a single layer on a greased baking tray.
4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside. Serve garnished with green onions.
