I made these for supper tonite along with bbq’d burgers. These fries are awesome! I’m glad I doubled the recipe for my family. Everything worked exactly like the recipe said. Thanks for sharing this recipe. It’s a nice change from deep frying store bought french fries. I’ll be making these again!

I left the recipe for my husband to make tonight, and it was easy enough for him to rock it! The fries were TASTY – a wonderful combination of crispy and chewy. They were much better than a lot of the limp roasted potatoes I’ve ended up with in the past. We both gobbled them up!

My family loved this! We added a bit of paprika and chives, but are going to add in some cayenne next time to kick it up! THANKS!

These turned out awesome!! So glad to have finally found oven fries that come out crispy and the seasoning was wonderful!

Yum! I’m making these for the second time and the ONLY thing I’m doing differently is adding 1/4 shredded parm to sprinkle on top. We first ate them at the “chips” with our fish and are having them tonight with burgers. Thank you!

I have never put corn starch on potatoes before and it made them really crispy – yum!

I love these, they’re perfectly seasoned and have great texture. Everyone in my house will eat them, too – that’s a definite plus!

I made these a second time, and used red skin potatoes (the small round ones)….quartered them and followed the recipe from there…they were SOOOO good! I will probably use the red ones from now on.
