Oooh! Mac and cheese kohlrabi – mmm that sounds great! I might just have to try that – too bad I’ve used up all the kohlrabi already… This is my first CSA share also and I’m loving it!!

This is the first time I have ever participated in a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). I am having a blast trying to figure out new (and old ways) to cook or eat the unique veggies.

Tonight I am going to attempt a Mac and Cheese version. I am going to replace the macaroni with the cubed, cooked kohlrabi.

If it works and tastes good, I’ll post it. Thanks.

This sounds great! First recipe I’ve found for a non-salad kohlrabi dish. Yay! I got a lot of this from our farm share and am getting a little sick of raw kohlrabi. Thanks!

This really does taste amazing! Careful not to simmer too hot or the cream separates. Even then it tastes great but a slower simmer leaves it creamy.
