Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 4 cups Lettuce, Washed And Dried
- 12 whole Small Pre-made Falafel Chickpea Balls, Baked According To Package Instructions
- 1 whole Medium Tomato, Diced
- ¼ whole Red Onion, Sliced
- ½ cups Manzanilla Or Kalamata Olives, Sliced
- ½ cups Garlic Hummus
- 2 pieces Pita Bread, Toasted And Cut Into Slices
- FOR THE TZATZIKI SAUCE:
- ½ whole Cucumber, Peeled And Diced
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
Preparation Instructions
Divide lettuce, falafel, tomatoes, onions, and olives evenly into two salad bowls.
Add half of the hummus and pita bread to the side of each bowl.
Top with tzatziki sauce, recipe below.
For the tzatziki sauce:
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.
