Chop broccoli, cauliflower and red onion. Add chopped bacon, rasins and sunflower seeds.
Puree cottage cheese, milk, mustard and pepper in a blender until smooth. You may need to add more cheese or milk to reach your desired consistency.
Pour onto salad and mix.
